General terms and conditions of sale

2. Scope and acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The purchase of products offered on the website https://studiopepi.fr (the “Site” ) is subject to these general conditions of sale of the Site (the” General terms and conditions of sale“).

Pepí products are exclusively intended to be sold to final consumers natural or legal persons, excluding any resellers or intermediaries acting on behalf of resellers.
Therefore, the customer claims that he is acting as the final consumer and that he does not intend to resell the Pepí products for commercial purposes.
Any order on the Site is worth full acceptance of the general Conditions of sale by the customer who makes a purchase (the “Client“).

Maïlys Horemans can update these Terms of sale at any time. You can read at any time the version of the general Conditions of sale in force by clicking on the link.
In addition, with each purchase of products on the Site, it is induced that you accept these general terms of sale in force on the date of the award of your order. These general conditions are viewable before the order.
3.Order Terms
The Site allows to order the company Maïlys Horemans a selection of products of the brand Pepí (The (s) “Product (s)“), immediately online via the Internet for delivery in France and abroad.
- Return and refund
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it** within 14 days after receiving it and we will send you a refund after we processed the return.
** Please note that earrings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.

Please, before returning your package, send me an email to notify me of the return of the jewelry (in its original condition and package) by providing me proof (photo and / or tracking number) of the package sent.
Please also note that pepí reserves the right to refuse a return if the above criteria, is not met.
We do not offer return labels. Return shipping cost are carried by the customer.
As soon as we have processed your return we will issue a refund.
If the transporter loses the package, we cannot be held responsible and no refund can be made.

- Delivery
Our sunny jewelry are handmade in France specifically for you and the production time is about 1-3 days before we will send it to you.
France :
48-72 hours shipping – Free delivery starting from 100€ purchase
Worldwide :
3-7days shipping – Free delivery starting from 150€ purchase
Important Notes : Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out.
IMPORTANT : Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country’s government website for more information.
For international shipping delays may occur because of the coronavirus.

Availability of products:
Our offers of products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, within the limit of the available stocks. Errors or modifications may exceptionally exist, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In the event of a product unavailability after the order is made, we will inform you by email as soon as possible, proposing to you either to order another product presented on the Site to replace, or To cancel your order.
Maïlys Horemans reserves the right to change the products offered on the Site at any time and without notice. In order to ensure a better quality of service and availability of our products to all the customers of the Site, Maïlys Horemans reserves the right to limit the quantity of products which can be bought by a customer, in accordance with the provisions Applicable in this respect and in particular those of article L. 122-1 of the French consumer Code.

4.Shipping
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time we receive your order, this delay can vary according to the number of orders because all the jewels are made-to-order by me.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number where you will be able to track the journey of your order.
After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided, pepí cannot be held responsible for the package thereafter.
pepí is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. if your package has been lost or damaged we advise you to contact the shipping company with which it has been sent.

France shipping - Delivery within 1-3 business days
Europe shipping - Delivery within 5-10 business days
Rest of the world - Delivery within 7-10 business days
- Duties & Tax
All customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
pepí is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms.
For international orders, you may be charged customs and duties depending on the country the order is being shipped to pepí is not liable for these costs or able to advise how much these will be prior to your order. If you need to return your item these custom and duties charges will not be refundable.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
5.Returns
We want you to be happy with you purchase from pepí. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that earrings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, in a resalable condition with original tags attached and include their original packaging.
Until we receive the item in our studio it remains the customers responsibility. If the transporter loses the package, we cannot be held responsible and no refund can be made.
Once we have received your return, and it meets our approval the return will be processed as quickly as possible.
Please allow 5-7 days from the date of your return being processed for the refund to credit your original method of payment.
pepí reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet the return policy requirements.
