Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time we receive your order, this delay can vary according to the number of orders because all the jewels are made-to-order by me.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number where you will be able to track the journey of your order.
After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided, pepí cannot be held responsible for the package thereafter.
pepí is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. if your package has been lost or damaged we advise you to contact the shipping company with which it has been sent.
France shipping - Delivery within 1-3 business days
Europe shipping - Delivery within 5-10 business days
Rest of the world - Delivery within 7-10 business days
DUTIES & TAX
All customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
pepí is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms.
For international orders, you may be charged customs and duties depending on the country the order is being shipped to pepí is not liable for these costs or able to advise how much these will be prior to your order. If you need to return your item these custom and duties charges will not be refundable.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
We want you to be happy with you purchase from pepí. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that earrings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, in a resalable condition with original tags attached and include their original packaging.
Until we receive the item in our studio it remains the customers responsibility. If the transporter loses the package, we cannot be held responsible and no refund can be made.
Once we have received your return, and it meets our approval the return will be processed as quickly as possible.
Please allow 5-7 days from the date of your return being processed for the refund to credit your original method of payment.
pepí reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet the return policy requirements.
